Infinite Records – Checkout Terms Summary

  • Products: Infinite Records sells digital music downloads and physical merchandise on behalf of its label and affiliated artists.

  • Digital Content: Digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that refunds are not available once download begins, except where required by law.

  • Merchandise: Physical items are subject to availability and delivery estimates. UK and EU consumers may cancel and return physical goods within 14 days of receipt in line with consumer law.

  • Payments: Prices, taxes, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before delivery.

  • Artist & Label Rights: All music, artwork, and merchandise designs remain the intellectual property of Infinite Records and/or the relevant artist or rights holder. Purchase does not transfer ownership or commercial rights.

  • Accounts & Misuse: We may suspend access or cancel orders where misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms is identified.

  • Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Infinite Records is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
